Our Recruitment and Search Methodology;

We follow a systematic methodology in conducting each of our assignments and we endeavour to always present our first batch of qualified candidates for our client’s review expediently:

1.  Client discussion and detailed needs assessments

Our infrastructure;

We have a dedicated research teams connected via the Internet and we maintain a candidate database on a regional basis which are updated constantly on a regular basis.  We use the latest customized software to track and sort over 50,000 candidates and we have easy access to millions of global databases subscribed.
 

Our Fee;

We believe in giving absolute value for money for our clients, more so in value for people.  That is why they have made us their preferred partner in recruitment.

For contingency assignments where the client is seeking candidates but not necessarily on an exclusive approach, the final fee is payable upon successful placement.  

For retained assignments where the client has requested an exclusive service to seek candidates, a minimum retainer fee of not less than S$2,000 shall be payable upfront upon signing of contract.  

For advertised and database recruitment, typically this ranges around 15% of a successful hire’s first year compensation or a minimum flat fee.

For executive search, we calculate executive search fees on the basis of a percentage of the successful candidate's first year cash compensation. Typically, this ranges from 25% to one/third of a successful hire's first year compensation, or a minimum flat fee, whichever is higher.

The fee is to be calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s gross equivalent annualized remuneration package which will be taken to include base salary and all other cash allowances and benefits.  Motor vehicles provided will be valued at a minimum of S$10k per annum or as agreed in the package.  

Where placement fee is part time, the salary will be equated to the full time equivalent and the fee shall be charge on that annualized salary.

We also work on a retainer basis, which means that a portion of the anticipated fee is due from the client up to a pre-agreed limit, with the balance paid upon completion of the search.  These working practices can be adjusted to meet the needs of individual clients and situations.
