My commitment revolves around client satisfaction, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Together with our team, we navigate the evolving landscape of outsourcing services to meet and exceed client expectations.
For the last decade and a half, I’ve held multiple leadership roles from Fortune 500 companies with operational background on Insurance, Finance and Accounting, Information and Technology including other Administrative Services.

With a degree in Accountancy, Lot Mortel has a solid foundation in accounting that spans over 20 years. Prior to co-founding ETGS, she successfully navigated the financial landscapes of Deutsche Bank and AIG where she honed her skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
