Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating financial records, including sales, receipts, payments, and purchases.
• Managing and reconciling bank statements and ledgers.
• Processing payroll in a timely manner.
• Producing detailed financial reports, statements, and projections as needed.
• Ensuring all financial operations comply with federal and state laws.
• Conducting monthly reconciliation of every bank account.
• Administering accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Monitoring and managing credit card processing systems.
• Developing and implementing efficient and secure procedures for handling financial data with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English
2. Strong organization and multitasking skills.
3. Familiarity with tools like Quickbooks and Xero
4. Strong knowledge with bookkeeping and cash flows
